Your personal data

When you order goods from us, you provide your personal data so that we can send your goods to you. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. In that case, please contact us by email.

Disclaimer/product information/color rendering/measurements
We try to be as clear and provide as good information as possible in the product information. What may differ is the perceived size or color. Please read the product information and see what is described regarding size and measurements so you avoid being surprised. We cannot guarantee that the color reproduction is exactly the same on your screen as in reality.

Nor can we guarantee that you will experience a scent in the same way as we do. These are our assessments and may differ from person to person. We cannot be held responsible for hypersensitivity or allergies due to ingredients in a product. If you are sensitive to scents, we do not recommend that you use scented candles or other scented products.

We reserve the right for typographical errors and cannot be held responsible for products being used with poor judgment or insufficient information.

Broken goods/wrong goods
If the package looks intact, but despite this, something inside is broken or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately, but no later than five days after receiving your order.

Safety regarding candle products
It is extremely important that you follow the safety instructions on the warning label at the bottom of the candle. Candles should never be left unattended. Be careful with children and pets so that they do not come into contact with candles.

Candles should not be placed in groups as they can overheat from the heat. Candles in a small or narrow glass have a greater risk of overheating and must not burn for more than 2-3 hours at a time. It is also important to trim the wick so that it is no longer than 2-3 millimeters. If the flame starts to burn strongly, extinguish the candle immediately. An overheated candle is very hot, and you can burn yourself on the glass. For safety, if you happen to forget your candle, always place a candle on a plate or non-combustible surface.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal means that you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving the goods. This right only applies to unopened packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply to uncollected packages. For uncollected packages, we charge a fee of SEK 300. Read more under uncollected packages above.

The right of withdrawal applies to unused goods in unopened, undamaged packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping and its cost. Contact us before returning anything for exact information on returns and return address. You can read more about the Distance Contracts Act at konsumentverket.se.

Please note your obligations when exercising your right of withdrawal: You are obliged to keep the item in as good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your negligence, you lose the right of withdrawal.

Refund:

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the value of the goods as soon as possible, normally within ten days, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the item.

Returns
Returns are at your own expense unless we have made a mistake. Returns must be notified to us before a return can take place. We recommend sending the return as a package so it can be tracked throughout the delivery.
